Tynedale set off quickly with Marrow inventive, using his feet well against Paton & Lunn, 20-0 after 2 overs. An excellent catch at mid on by Albie McPate, moving in quickly & diving forward, saw Fletcher (1) depart to Paton, 20-1 in the third over.
In the 7th after conceding 10, Gough's full pitch bowled Barber (24), 56-2. 73-2 after 10 as Marrow's invention & good running continued. Only 1 off the 11th bowled by Nathan & George Gray was unlucky that a chance to short fine leg did not go to hand.
