Refund Policy

Membership fees:

You have the right to cancel payment of your initial annual membership payment within seven days of joining the South Norhumberland Cricket Club.  From eight days after joining you cannot cancel your first year of membership, and the fee for this first year is non-refundable.  Renewal fees are also non-refundable unless within seven days of paying the annual membership renewal fee.  If you do wish to cancel with seven days you will have your payment returned. Event & Course & Lane Booking fees:

You have the right to cancel payment of a registration fee for any Event or Course being organised by the SNCC within seven days of registering. If you wish to cancel your registration you will have your payment returned. Please contact the SNCC office to arrange a refund (support@southnorth.co.uk, 0191 246 0006).

Cancellation from eight days after registering may be possible on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact the SNCC office to discuss (support@southnorth.co.uk, 0191 246 0006).

Please note that all refunds incur a £15 administration charge.
