Potts & Storey put together a partnership of 86, the left-handed Potts especially strong driving down the ground, through mid-on or extra cover. Spells for Jen Storey had a life in the 20's but had got to 37 (38b, 3x4, 2x6) when he was caught by Sadiq off Seymour, 107-3.

Ben (7) advancing, was also bowled by Potts at 100 & at 109 Woody (6) caught by Whitworth off Potts. The innings ended at 115 with Jack (7*), Josephine (3*) & only 3 wides in the total.

Taking chances, fielding with intensity, strike rotation, especially in the middle overs,  & few extras are so important in T20. We must continue to improve.

Sun 21st May: SNCC Academy v Gateshead Fell (a) 1330 40/40.

Hope you can be there to support.
