Women & Girls Programme

The NECA Junior Player and Women's Development Programme, proudly supported by local Residential Sales and Lettings Agent Pat Robson & Co, consists of 10 x 1.5 hour sessions specifically designed to challenge and improve players who have ambition to play higher level cricket within their respective age group or beyond.

The programme is designed by South Northumberland Cricket Club's Director of Coaching and supporting Level ECB 1, 2, 3 or 4 coaches will offer a diverse range of specific skills coaching to compliment the skills the players already acquired by each player.

Players can expect a maximum of 25 attendees on their respective age group course, which will ensure a low player to coach ratio to optimise player contact time:

• 15 hours of net time & skills coaching covering all aspects of the game

• Modern drills and practice methods as used by many current First Class Players

• Strength & Conditioning built into the programme

• Use of Bola Ball Machines
