1864 XI lose at Humshaugh

A brave effort by a young side but Humshaugh won the game by 66 runs. Nevertheless there were things to be pleased with. A debut for Eashan Ragbir who, despite being out for 6, showed a lot of technique and no little courage. Calum Fletcher batted maturely for 27 including 2 big hits for 6. Tristan Meears-White played very well for his 28 and was top scorer. Matty Jennings bowled well and finished with 1 for 20 in 8 economical overs.

Humshaugh 190 for 4
1864 XI 124 all out

Next game on Saturday 12 May at home (Matfen) against Stocksfield. Start 13.30
